The Pas, known as the "Gateway to the North" is composed of three distinct communities making up about 10,000 residents; the Town of The Pas, Opaskwayak Cree Nation and the R.M. of Kelsey. We are located approximately 600 km. north of Winnipeg.
The Pas is home to Kraft Canada Paper, University College of The North, a Junior "A" Hockey Team and some of the best fishing in the north. One highlight of the area is Clearwater Lake, one of the three true blue lakes in the world.
