The International Foundations Program provides required English language skills to academically qualified students who do not meet the English language proficiency requirements of the University of Calgary. It also serves as a laboratory facility for teacher education (B. Ed.) students and graduate students specializing in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) and applied linguistics.
