Keewaytinook Okimakanak (KO) is a tribal council that serves a number of First Nations in northwestern Ontario. Through Keewaytinook Okimakanak Board of Education, KO runs Keewaytinook Internet High School (KiHS), as well as supports elementary schools in each of its member First Nations.
The communities of KO include: Deer Lake, Keewaywin, Fort Severn, McDowell Lake, North Spirit Lake, and Poplar Hill. Each of these communities is accessible by winter road or by air, as there is currently no all-season road access.
Keewaytinook Internet High School also operates classrooms in a number of non-KO communities.
